Purpose School

I am Crisha Sarah Bowen and for years my ultimate dream was to follow a career in Human Resource Management. I went hard after my qualifications and to make this dream a reality.I am the holder of a Bsc. Business Administration, a Masters in Small and Medium Enterprise Management and certified Society of Human Resource Management Certified Practitioner SHRM-CP.I left this ambition behind to become God’s Human Resource, and today I am passionate about building this Kingdom equipping centre.

I started at sub-zero and put my skills to work after asking myself what was the purpose for which I was created. Fearful and not sure what I was doing, by stepping into the unknown I invested in my first ever coach back in 2013 and I have never looked back since. I was determined to have a personal vision and to work on that vision until it became a reality which led me to becoming an Amazon bestselling author.

It took plenty of trials and errors before coming up with a clear way forward, beginning with understanding my life’s mission that will now see me leading a movement known as Purpose Diaries.

I genuinely want to see people win and I am committed to creating products, programs and services to help you do so! Thus this equipping centre.I packaged all of what I figured out together with a team of builders who are equipped to do a knowledge transfer in the parameters of the Purpose University platform. I am passionate about this, I want to take you exactly where I have walked before. You see life was going fine, or so I thought, yet the strangest thing is you will never know how much what you don't know is affecting you till what you don't know becomes what you do know. I didn't really know what living should be until some drastic life changes. The job I idolized was taken from me and I felt like the earth could open and just swallow me and with me everything that I had built all the years of my life on. Four (4) years of College, two (2) years to attain a Masters and countless other months to become skilled and now none of it seemed relevant.

It was then I woke up and I realized that I was merely existing and not living. I was going to work to pay bills, to work some more and pay more bills. That was the sum total of my life until the awaken question rang through my head. Crisha...who are you? A question I could NOT answer.

The next two years would be filled with some deep soul searching and God questioning and then came the answer. You will help others, Push Past Pain and Passionately Pursue Purpose. What this meant was to be unfold with the years to come as I set out to become the “Me” I needed for others. That me that holds your hand, helps you unravel this confusion called life, understand this mystery called pain and use it for purpose.
